SHENZHEN, China — September 20, 2026 — Zhang Xuejun, Chairman of Jiangyin Runye Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. — a Chinese manufacturer of AI-powered, driverless electric construction machinery — was formally appointed Vice President of the Guangdong Jiangyin Chamber of Commerce at a ceremony held in Shenzhen. The certificate of appointment was presented by chamber President Pan Yun and Secretary-General Wang Junwei.

The Guangdong Jiangyin Chamber of Commerce brings together entrepreneurs from Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province — one of China's strongest manufacturing economies — who operate across manufacturing, technology and trade in Guangdong, a national hub for industry and foreign trade. As Vice President, Zhang will help coordinate cooperation among member companies, promote supply-chain collaboration between upstream and downstream industries, and strengthen business ties between the two regions.
"This appointment is not about the title," said Zhang Xuejun. "It reflects a reputation built machine by machine over the years. Going forward, our job is to help member companies connect, collaborate and create real value together — the same way we approach our own customers."
Runye Heavy Machinery has long specialized in special-purpose construction machinery and attachments, evolving from structural-component manufacturing into complete-machine R&D. Its latest milestone is a range of AI-powered, driverless electric material handlers — including scrap handlers — that fully charge in 1.5 hours and deliver up to eight hours of continuous operation. The company's core R&D team comes from leading Japanese construction machinery manufacturers, and its products have entered the supply chains of major Chinese OEMs including SANY, LiuGong and Shantui, while also serving customers overseas.

Guided by its philosophy of "innovation-driven development, powered by intelligence," Runye will use the chamber platform to deepen cooperation across the industry and advance the intelligent transformation of construction machinery — while continuing to refine its products and services for customers worldwide.
